	5/1/18	Clint is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate transactions. However, he writes long rambling emails that are hard to even make it through. He likes to make a big deal out of small inconsequential things and often gets upset. I believe Clint believes that he is advocating for his client fiercely when in reality he often derails transactions and ends up making them much more difficult than they are.
