The worst attorney for complicated divorce. i hired this attorney back in August 2020.After separation my HUSBAND was trying to rush and sell the house and make me sign a quit claim. i hired this attorney since she was really convincing during the consultation. My husband's attorney arranged a emergency hearing for sale of the property. i was fine selling the house but not agreeing to the term to QUIT CLAIM n also wanted our agent to be changed since he tried to intimidate me to agree on selling the property. To my horror Diane told me a week before my hearing to agree to whatever the opposing counsel wants as i don't stand a chance in the hearing. But after hearing her statement i was really concerned as i knew she decided before my hearing that i will lose the hearing. i changed my attorney within 2 days and that is the best decision i made.within that 4-5 days left the attorney took my case n also won the hearing which DIANE told me i will lose. I won my case without a trial

Mrs. Smith represented us with our bankruptcy. She was very polite, professional, and extremely helpful in solving our issues. Her entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of contact with her assistant Crystal, who was able to answer any questions we had and was prompt in returning our phone calls. The attorney cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. We too will use this law office if ever needed again.

I had previously met with several highly recommended and highly priced attorneys, all of which fell far short of my expectations. Mrs. Smith did not display the typical arrogant attitude I had experienced in the past. She had a more honest, straight forward, and common sense approach that appealed to me and, more importantly, to the Judge.
When she speaks in Court on your behalf, you will have a sense of relief. She makes clear arguments that make perfect sense. She is calm when appropriate, and aggressive when necessary. I was pleased with the final result, and she made another potentially stressful jaunt into Family Court relatively painless. I highly recommend Diane Singleton-Smith and her very qualified, friendly, professional staff, and I would never consider using another lawyer

I have never needed a lawyer before, but knowing I would need one for my divorce, I started to stress. It was bad enough going through a divorce, but having to find a good lawyer added to my stress. I prayed about it, and I found Diane Singleton-Smith. The moment we met, I felt at ease. During the initial consultation, she answered all of my questions and I immediately felt better about the situation. I wanted someone fair, truthful and competent. I feel Diane met all of my criteria. Her staff is wonderful. All are kind and caring. Since I am going through a divorce, finances were at the top of the list of my concerns. But after comparing Diane Singleton-Smith to other attorney's fees, she was more than fair. There is always someone available to personally take my calls and answer any and all questions I may have. I would definitely recommend her to my family, friends and anyone looking for a great lawyer.

Bamkruptcy is a very scarry thing but Diane was very good and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about the process.
