Though Mr. Pearson may be a very good lawyer, be it known that Mr. Dupee is not. He is supposed to be a SSDisability lawyer & he sent the wrong forms for the wrong application, to the wrong office, in the wrong town, in the wrong county, with incorrect information. A call to the office in question notified me that all paper work has been lost. After I phoned him of all the above, he made another attempt at the application and repeated the same errors but by email.The SSA disregarded him and deleted it. He has not even been able to get the SSA to recognize him as my legal rep. He has cost me my years worth of work and I went to SSA & obtained a "Good cause exception" and made the corrections and proper applications myself. SSA said always contact them when you have problems like this. Now I do. I am severing my ties with this person.
