Scott Sagaria was my attorney for my family/divirce case. I found him through web search within bay area. I had a free consulting before he become my attorney. He then showed his actual face. He was drinking my money, cancelling my visits just before the metting time, never sent a bill but charging $3000 per court visit. When insisted for a bill he showed me a fake bill, he took money from me for deposition but never paid them. Deposition guys start calling me for paying the bill. I was so down with the family problem and was extremently missing my child during this process and he took complete advantage of that fact. knowing that i may not change the attorney immediately. Be aware of him. He is a complete cheater (specially if you are referred by others he will make use of your singleness).
