Richard Stone I cant praise him enough. I was in the middle of a very nasty separation with my spouse and her lawyer was a "dog with a bone in his mouth" very aggressive and demanding. Mr. Stone was able to put my mind at ease and he proceeded to systematically brake down that aggressive SOB. Ultimately there was a settlement to my satisfaction. He did a fantastic job!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the performance from Mr. Stone I was so blessed to receive. His far reaching endless knowledge provides a catapult for his extraordinary cleaver strategies for winning his cases. He stood up for me when the backwoods boys club tried cheating the system and unlawfully arrested me for personal reasons instead of actual duty.

I have paid him $10,000 over the past 3 years. I have been to 7 pre trials it seems like. 3 years and its still not settled? The most time i could get for the offense, Is 3 months? I hope he has a good strategy. I better walk away with no convictions after this. Hes like 90 years old, He grouchy. Communication? If he has i missed it. Honestly i feel its time for Mr Stone to retire. He has the knowledge, Just not a good attitude. If i had to do it over again, I would of hired a San Francisco attorney. Hey if your on a budget and you have the time he will drag it out. I am yet to see a good deal. But i will retract my review, If he will start communicating better. Even if he does get me a good deal, It will not make up for the attitude.

he seemed great but turned the case over to his flunky, then cut me loose. He hasn't even called about the fee, or monies owed, obviously undeserving of any. Others have said he missed their court dates without explanation.
