He made us lose everything. Our car and house. He refused to sign a refermation papers even though we have made all of our house and car. All we wanted was are credit cards we couldn't keep up and pay. We have no idea what he looks like because he did't show up at court. We were told by one of the other lawyer that we would't lose our house or car. He also, refused to talk with us. He always had us talk to the legal aid and always put us off, very patrinizing. My husband and I are both handycapped and this is a hardship for us. We were going to try for a loan modification but the bank won't do anything unless the lawyer signs the reaffirm papers. We are trying to make an appointment to see the judge but we don't know how to do that.We feel we were misrepresented by this lawyer and the company he works for. They took our money and ran.
