Originally told Me day after arrest simple case probably jury trial $3-3500.00 bring witnesses to contact's, which I did within 3 day's with $1500 down. Month later go to pay $1500 his wife says $8000 claimed charged with another felony. Arraignment makes cop look like fool+liar he is.Meet after pay money says I'm against Good oleboys,then he Continue's postponing DOR hearing,a Day before talks. with my brother without me then doesn't appear to even try resulting loss. I ask him to get video police to show + use he refuse's claims I can,,which I couldn't then insist on $6500 more,his associate + him tell Me I need 6 of 12 juror's to win so I best accept offer of 4yrs,guaranteed Me 15yrs of I didn't even though he knows in innocent. At least 2 time's made offers on my behalf I never agreed too!!! Now he withdrew never informed Me + is suing me for deposition the prosecution requested then tried to get thrown out before trial.

Took over 2 years to handle a case that should have taken a few months. Obviously trying to make 3 times the normal fee. He is a crook!

Tis Lawyer withdrew from our case and then put non truths in the motion to withdrawl. I don't feel he can be trusted. I am contacting Mo. Bar Association and St. Louis Co Bar Association.
