Collection attorney using unethical practices to collect debts and add totally excessive fees to the collection. False or non serves on subpeonas, improper filings for non secured debt versus secure debt. When you attempt to contact the office there is no response, even when you go through a separate attorney. Both the police and state bar should investigate the practices of this firm. State needs to step in and either remove or suspend his license.

Contacted this attorney he stated one amount to help in a case then when I didn't need him at that moment contacted him he was rude and his fee jumped to twice as much. I thought unbundled law service was suppose to be cheaper wrong stay away from him

He does not work with you on the judgement and he double bills. He also charges exorbitant fees. He bills two defendants for the same airfare, travel time and court time. I will be filing a claim with the Idaho State Bar due to the unethical tactics. Stay away from this man at any costs. He is a liar and a cheat.

Been trying to settle a judgment with him and all he does it set an amount and then when you agree to pay that amount he raises it. Extremely unethical, heartless and a low-life liar.

Placed a garneshment on my account without even trying to contact me and will now not return calls. No one at the office will answer the phones or return calls. Considering getting a lawyer to contanct him and see if he will respond to a lawsuit against himself.

Doolittle Law, Chartered is a debt collection agency employing intimidation tactics. This agency does not divulge the nature of the accounts it is attempting to collect and will not return phone calls. The receptionist will only say that my "case" is in regards to an unknown account that was discharged several years ago. When I requested details to determine the origin of this alleged debt, with the stated intent to pay it off if it is legitimate, I was transferred to a voicemail and no effort has yet been made to contact me. Apparently this debt collector cannot be bothered to respond in order to collect debt?

Dolittle is a poor quality attorney. Currently in divorce with estranged wife, and does not apply proper attention to his cases. Has left a number of clients untouched despite payment of retainer. Poor excuse for attorney

Collection attorney who fails to return phone calls or communicate in any fashion. His work is low quality and should be investigated for unethical practices. Avoid at all costs, there are other more qualified attorneys out there
