Hiring Mr. Sundeen was the biggest mistake I made in my divorce. Terrible representation, poor results and inflated billing.

I only worked on child custody and support issues with him, as I had already finalized my divorce. I didn't feel that Mr. Sundeen was "in it for the $". His billing was quite fair. He was only described well in one of these comments. He was quiet, calm and did a good job without causing a huge fuss in court. If you value results without drama, he is a good choice. If you want drama, you won't find it.

He ruins lives and destroys families. All in the pursuit of $. He lies if he has nothing else and will defame your name. Extremely hurtful and disgusting person.

Lack of morals and ethics. Takes advantage of the bad situation. Money is his primary goal. Rather than finding solutions and ending the Divorce process. He is interested in prolonging legal process just to bill the hours.

He bully's when he does not have grounds to stand on. Files worthless motions. Just to bill hours. He will drag it out as long as he can just to collect $$$.

Not that bright. Focus is on crating billing events, upto and including greasing the wheels for divorce when reconcilation was possible. Good at playing on the emotions of his client. Several examples of improper legal procedure led to dead ends.

Mr. Sundeen is a very wise, knowledgeable and gracious attorney. My case had been screwed up in the Los Angeles Superior Court proceedings, and Mr. Sundeen got it all straightened out. He got my child support and the back retirement I was owed and the current owed. He's aggressive in a quiet way and doesn't need to cause a spectacle in the courtroom to win your case! You receive a copy of everything he sends & receives - and he works with what you give him! I strongly recommend him if you need a lawyer who will work for YOU! You get what you pay for from this attorney! :0)

Randall Sundeen's only objective is to get as much money for himself as possible. It doesn't matter if he represents you or he is opposing counsel, he will milk as much money out of what is left of your family as he can. He claims to focus on colabrative resolution, that is BS. Look through his cases at the court house, you won't find one!
If you have kids, and don't want them messed-up, stay away from this guy. He makes Arnie Becker look like a saint.

A Lawyer with INTERITY. My first meeting Randall he ask me for all the information about my case. And being my second lawyer he was able to improve immediately my current situation and then explain to me the facts in regards to my case and then with over possible outcomes I could expect to achieve. He gave me achievable outcomes not misinformed promises I had received from my first lawyer. Randall not only was able to provide me with a great outcome, but during the process he took the time to explain the legal processes in detail and what to expect and guided me through all the phases of my case from beginning until the end. Randall always responded to all my phone calls and emails, bottom line he does what he says he going to do and help me through the whole process.
