The crown prosecution wanted to hold on for dear life but he was always a step ahead of them and they had to concede, all charges were dropped. If you want a lawyer who cares about getting the BEST RESULT, you can't be looking to save a buck.
He's not cheap, but you end up getting MORE then what you paid for. Every dollar is WORTH IT. And he fights for you like your own brother would. I've had many experiences with court in Alberta and if you Actually want to come to complete resolution with your matters then this the guy you come to. He doesn't leave no loose-ends or restrictions and gets you YOUR FULL FREEDOM BACK!!. Trust me it's not worth it to restrict your life. All his FEES are fully WORTH when you see your life back!! once again Jake has pulled through, executing a stratagey that cleared me of all charges on this particular file. It was a long three years but in those years, he got me released as the crown was not at all going to release me. and he beat the other charge. Simply magical Jake Chadi is, by far the best lawyer I have ever used and I have 2 dui and driving with disqualified on my record. I recently got another dwd and used Jake as my lawyer and all I can say is he is a magician at what he does, yes he costs money but all lawyers do, you want the best service and best chance at winning then go with jake and pay the extra money. Jake just got all charges withdrawn for my 2nd driving while disqualified which carries 90 day jail. I was clearly guilty and for him to get me off entirely is nothing short of amazing, he gets 1000 stars if I could, he give me a discount on his rate also which was super nice of him. I wouldn’t use any other lawyer for anything from now on. Yes he is sometimes hard to get ahold of but that’s because he’s to busy winning honestly, I had so much worry and was skeptical but wow for him to get me off entirely when I was 100% guilty is astonishing. Seriously use him he will do more than any other lawyer, cheers Jake ??

Yes for every good lawyer you have to pay good money. But it’s all worth it another thing good about him is that he always emails you with update on court days that he went to and you didn’t have to attend witch was a good thing I liked! This guy will sit you down and give you the whole song and dance about how he’s the best and how he’s really expensive. Don’t buy what he’s selling. He does little to no work on your case and will outsource the work to under qualified juniors who can barely spell their own names and can’t answer any questions. When trial comes, he’ll hit you out of left field with an exorbitant, inflated cost and tell you that your chances to win are slim. He does this so that he can push you towards a guilty plea. This lawyer doesn’t have an ethical or professional bone in his body.

My wife was involved with a incident with her abusive ex husband she was wrongfully charged and we called Jake he had her come in right away and went through everything and the process we hired him on the spot and he sent her a letter that day reassuring her everything would be handled and she had nothing to worry about she was to appear within three weeks in front of the Justice his assistant sent us a email the day of court and said Jake was going to call us with exciting news Jake called us told us everything was dropped it was all over we are so relieved and so grateful for everything thank you so much Jake for taking on our case we know how busy you are and the fact that you took the time to reassure my wife and make it all behind us in the time that you did again thank you thank you

I came to Jake Chadi because of what he said he could do with my file, not what one of his junior associates could do. As my court dates approached I came to discover that one of his most junior associates was now my lawyer, not Jake Chadi. They never asked if I was ok with the change, and while I am sure the other lawyer was capable, it was not the one I had hired. Further, they asked me to set meetings to review my file with Jake. The first two times they canceled the meetings last minute, and offered no explanation, even avoided my calls for 2 weeks. Then at the third meeting time, Jake never showed up, even though he was in the office. Communication with this firm stinks. You will have to chase them for updates, and in my experience, they never return your calls. Given the stress on your life from the courts, your lawyer should not be another stressor as you chase them to help you out. For the amount Jake wants you to pay, maybe look at a different lawyer who will actually delive

He was my bf of 9 years' lawyer as well as a few friends and honestly there would be no reason to get a different lawyer then him. He handled everything and he is busy so we did meet his other guys but at the end of the day my kids my bfs kids and got to have their daddy home. He got weekends but he breached so he did it to himself. But this lawyer got his weekends to every two weeks for a week min to Friday to work with my bfs work schedule and his scheduled visits with his kids. Love him definitely recommend him and his company to anybody needing a criminal lawyer

Jake Chadi is the real deal, he works tremendously hard for all his clients and gets real results. He has 20+ years of experience and expertise in drug related cases. He's a very nice person outside of court, but when he's in court he doesn't beat around the bush, he says it how it is. He got all my charges dropped within a day of trial and few hours of him ripping apart the crown. He had multiple arguments ready to use, very prepared, but managed to close the case with the very first argument. Pay the man what he wants and you won't regret it. Jake Chadi is an excellent criminal lawyer. He achieved a miracle for my son who was facing a very serious trafficking charge even when the prosecution had an airtight case. I have known Jake almost 20 years...I have to say he gets the job done...at times it can be stressful...that said being the top dog is no cake walk. His cross examination at prelim of 3 police officers was astounding. Tongue tied the 3rd officer who had to be reminded twice that he was under oath. He said to the judge don't think we have to interview anymore witnesses and waste the courts time. There was 10 police officers as witnesses. He only had to cross examine the first three. It was thrown out before it went to trial. The bewildered police officers were asking him his name on the way out of the courthouse. Didsbury. Highly Recommended.

Not sure about the guy giving all 1's, but I had heard of him billing some clients like that. In my situation, I paid once, had a case dropped that seemed like no judge would believe I was innocent. Cost me alot, but well worth what I paid.

You get what you pay for. Jake is the top criminal defence lawyer in Edmonton, bar none. Especially in narcotic related offences. He is straight forward and won't beat you around the bush. The costs are what they are but if you want the absolute best representation possible he's the go to guy. Having had an extremely tough case to beat, facing serious time - Jake worked out a resolution I never thought possible.
