Kevin recently represented me on a CLC unjust dismissal case against a Big 6 Bank that ultimately was decided by a adjudicator. We won for various reasons, among which was his skill at cross examining the Banks witnesses at the hearing, and his ability to rationialize considering all facts and circumstances. I was awarded backpay for 1 year+ and was very satisfied with the process and the result. Would highly recommend Kevin, especially in situations where the employer is being tough/stupid, and the case could wind up in front of an adjudicator or judge.

Working with Kevin and Rita was my first experience with Legal Issues.They helped me resolve an issue with my previous employer. Both Kevin and Rita were kind and always got back to me regarding any questions. Sometimes it may have taken a little longer, but WE have to UNDERSTAND that we are not their only clients, and they do also have to attend court proceedings. Kevin believed in me and my side of the story. He didnt ask for anything up front and explained that I would only have to pay for his services if he won on my behalf, which he did I must add. This was my first experience engaging a laywer for anything, in this case a prior employment dispute. Kevin Fox gave me a gratis 30-minute phone conversation to discuss my case. He agreed to take it, and I paid nothing up front which I much appreciated. He said he would take what I considered a fair cut of the settlement and that if he failed, and I got nothing, I'd owe him nothing. That was plenty low-risk enough for me. I'm from the US where we don't like or trust lawyers so Kevin's M.O. worked very well for me. I communicated mostly with his assistant Rita and cc'ed him on everything so I never got charged any more for his time...nor did I ever call him, I relayed questions through Rita who always got back to me promptly. I had a great experience with them both and highly recommend this firm.

Felt a more than just a client relationship and was treated very important on severance negotiation.
Truly explained and walked the client through the process on requirements, timing, and demand letter, and understood client's state.
Things really liked are as follows:
1. Returned calls on inquiries and sent emails for concrete updates,
2. Recommended the applicable demand for renegotiation,
3. Followed up and forced delivery of settlement from the other side, and
4. Sent immediately funds with just a day courier.

I even had an audio tape of the offense against me, which would have cleared my name of any wrong-doing. Kevin Helped with with a case against one of the big five banks. He was an honest, upfront, and down to earth lawyer. No surprises. A few years ago Kevin Fox helped me, and I highly recommend him. He did a great job by obtaining an out of court settlement greater than what I was offered by the company. I met him through a referral by another lawyer. When we met, he answered all my questions, and was able to show that there was an option to the company offer. This reduced the stress of the moment.
