Made a consultation appointment with Beatrice and unfortunately I misunderstood the receptionist about the first consultation fee which is that only the first 15 mins are free and then her hourly rate kicks in (I did not hear the part about the first 15mins..). I arrived at the office on time and 5 minutes later our meeting began. After 65 minutes we covered all the basics of my initial questions and the meeting should have been over but Beatrice proceeded to leave the room and get a tape recorder to record the highlight of our discussion and this process of summarizing the meeting took another 35 minutes. Since I thought the first consultation was free (my mistake) I did not press for the meeting to be over but instead I was charged another $200 for "filler time". Needless to say I was not happy once I was handed the bill for this meeting. If a first consultation turns out like this I can only imaging how the billing might look once this firm starts working on a case...

Beatrice Snider's experienced and professional firm did an excellent job of handling my family law case. They explained the legal strategies and processes, and were very responsive to answering all my questions. I had a great result on my case and would recommend Beatrice to anyone who wants to hire the best!

I hired Beatrice Snider's Law firm and I regret it more that anything. After 18 months and $300 thousand dollars, I was only about 1/4 finished with my divorce. At an early meeting with her, her TEAM said "your soon to be ex has already paid $70K and we have only charged you $48 so far! You, Missy are getting a deal" I should have ran then. I started with one team, Michelle B. and Dean S., only to be passed on to another "team", Ed C. and Susan R. Susan actuall yelled at me, raising her voice telling me not to tell her how to do her job. ( I am not a bossy person). It was absurd. It is so sad that they can get away with ripping people off. I went to Beatrice 3 years ago for a divorce from my now ex husband. Now I went in with the expectation that Beatrice would represent me, but learned at the first meeting that she does not personally handle any of the cases in her office-she said my case would be handled by Christine and her 2 staff members. This concerned me at first, but I decided to hire her firm based on the recommendation of my attorney-friend. While my divorce was not cheap, I'm happy I stayed with Christine--she was expensive but I got a good settlement and she pissed the hell out of my Ex which had value in itself. So if you go to Beatrice, make sure you thoroughly interview the attorney she suggests take your case--make sure they worth the cost, because her firm is not cheap.

This attorney has a lot of tenacity. But she isn't going to work on your case. So why pay the ridiculous fees? She only handles the money part, and boy, will you see her go into action then. She has other attorneys work on your case, and calls it a TEAM. The only part of the team she really is, is the part that pays the other team members.

WATCH OUT!!! She assured me that she would work on my case, and then handed me off to very passive lawyer. Long after her firm had billed me thousands of dollars in fees and on the threshold of depositions, Ms. Snider informed me that she does not handle depositions would not go to trial on my behalf, instead she deligated the work to a much less competent associate. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON, I BELIEVE SHE COMMITTED FRUAD IN MY CASE?!!

If you want to lose everything that you ever worked for, then this is the lawyer for you. She was dripping diamonds when I met her (from your money). Say goodbye to every penny you own and good luck because you definitely need it.
