I would not recommend Richard Schneer to anyone. While he seemed to have the knowledge, he was unable to explain how family law works. He rarely returned emails or phone calls. He appeared to be willing to fight in the beginning of my case but t he was easily bullied by the other lawyer. He did not answer my questions and when I voiced my concerns, he did not address them or explain how the protected me. If he had taken the proper time to address my concerns and explain how the law works, I probably would have settled much sooner and for more. His hourly rate may be lower than others' but in his case you definitely get what you pay for.
