This attorney calls peoples place of work to harrass them because of something he disagreed with on FaceBook. Not very professional and I would look elsewhere for a bankruptcy lawyer. The moral low ground seems to be his only road

I can't speak to this man's tenacity, work quality or value (though I rated it bad). I had a scheduled telephone appointment with him that he missed, an appointment to discuss my case as a prospective client. I emailed him about the missed appointment, and soon get a call from his assistant, Kimberly, who indicated Mr. Decker was "upset". Kimberly, who was obviously not a lawyer, had limited knowledge of my situation and the law, proceeded to offer a legal opinion on what I knew was incorrect. Bottom line, when I pointed out I thought she was wrong, I never got my telephone consultation with a real lawyer and was told to go elsewhere. This guy claims on another website to practice real estate/oil and gas law. I doubt his experience with Bankruptcy. There are a few bankruptcy lawyers in Dallas that are fairly decent guys and have helpful office staff (Eric Liepins being one).
