Not a good experience with Sergio and his staff. They run a "Puppy Mill", once he has been paid you never get your calls returned or issues dealt with. He blamed the Trustee for all his shortcomings. When I called the Trustee after a year of turmoil they suggested I find another attorney, one who is knowledgeable and can be trusted. I was shocked to hear this about the person who was representing me. Further investigation revealed he had left a long trail of dissatisfied clients in his wake. He is no longer welcome to practice bankruptcy in Los Angeles. Do your homework on this un-ethical individual before trusting him with any legal issues.

Had to file twice because of their lack of knowledge and high inefficiency. Lack of communication with client, cost me almost $10,000!!!

Best lawyer experience of my life. Sergio is knowledgeable and deeply compassionate. He never handed us off to "the help" and stuck with us every step of the way, including sitting with us for over an hour at our 341 hearing. His firm's rates are reasonable and the staff was wonderful. We just received our discharge! Debt free!!! Thank you Sergio!
