Mr. Howard is absolutely your biggest bang for your buck. He is well respected by all in the law community, is a Judge Pro Tempore, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about his clients, putting their needs first. He is an extremely good trial attorney, and VERY quick on his feet. I used his expertise recently and was impressed vs. other attorneys I've used in the past.
