This attorney had stated that she could perform on a case that would cost no more than $1000. She had charged over $3000 and didn't perform well at all. Her knowledge was minimal at best and she misrepresented what her abilities were. It was obvious too late to fix the mistakes.

Took $5,000 from a disabled, distraught man who's wife had picked up and left after 30 years together. She was to submit a modification of temp support order. She said she would do it the following Monday and never did. She never filed anything at all. She would not return emails,and VMM's to explain anything. But she was still able to send me several more bills for approx $500. This woman should be brought to the attention of the state bar. And she is another distinguished grad of "The Monterey College of Law." If you can afford tuition, your in. You do need at least an Associate of Arts degree. Wow!
