Warren was there for our family when my brother passed away and left us all in an uncomfortable situation. He and his staff have been helpful and understanding through our nightmare. His staff are amazing in our time of loss.

I did not have a millon dollar case so my calls were never returned nor did they spend much time on my case lost 2 weeks work and half day work for months plus chiropratic visits for months and did not collect a weeks pay. never go to them. find someone who cares about your case. at first visit mark warren told me they would treat my case as if it was them and promised all calls returned in 24 hours what a joke. refer anyone you know somewhere else.

This guy seems like he is barely a lawyer at all. Don't bother...you'd be better off doing yourself. Poor communication and still owes me money. You call him and it never gets done. all the truth here with no embellishment.

He has conducted himself in a very unprofessional manner, taking litigation after mediation had been scheduled, as well as after Minutes of Settlement signed, in contravention of both agreements. In the course of his nasty vindictive agenda on behalf of his client, after Settlement, he hired process servers to lurk at his client's sister's home to serve the Estate Trustee with motion papers even though she was on the record and then refused to adjourn or try to settle this outside of Court or mediate again. His client, a realtor played many games with the house sale and other issues driving up costs, Warren Griffin bad mouthed a fantastic hard working realtor. And then when tragedy hit, his junior under his supervision unleashed a reign of terror when it would hurt the most, taking arbitrary positions to torment and refusing to abide what had been agreed to previously, even when funds loaned by the Executor to the Estate were needed for their client's niece's funeral expenses.

Warren has been my lawyer for over 10 years now. First met him when he taught my law class at Univ of Waterloo. He is very knowledgeable, explains things very well, and shows great respect when speaking to others. He has always returned my calls promptly. I trust him and really respect him. KJ
