My wife and I have used Jim with our previous and current real estate needs over decades with both our own residence and our income properties. His skill of explaining situations to his clients no matter their educational/knowledge background is a unique skill on its own. Jim was recommended to us back in 2013 when we purchased our first apartment and quickly became our lifelong lawyer. He has helped us with the sale of two properties and purchase of three and has always treated us like friends and not just clients. He truly cares about the people he is helping and not about billing hours. Jim is relaxed, detailed, very attentive, professional, & witty. As for his assistant Nadine, she is truly AMAZING. She is professional, detailed, organized, super helpful and goes above and beyond for the people she is dealing with. Jim and his team are top notch. Love his relaxed style, but more importantly, his sincere caring about his clients. Having dealt with a lot of corporate lawyers in my professional life..they leave a bad taste... You know it's all about billable hours. Jim is not like them. He is a 'people's' lawyer. Really reminds me of my great-uncle, back in the day. When I came in for my appointment, his assistant was away, and I watched him take care that his elderly clients ahead of me left the office safely and walked them out to their car. You will not find a more knowledgeable and caring lawyer
