Do not use Patrick Sutton. Found another attorney and he fixed all the problems that Mr. Sutton said he would. Has interns doing all work, he never returns phone calls. Stay away.

Horrible and devastating experience! Took our money, never returned phone calls, came up with a plan that he said would work easily but he did not know what he was doing and ended up putting us in a worse off situation than we started with!! Dropped him and found a lawyer who was amazing and was able to fix the mess Sutton created and give us our life back! He actually admitted to us that he had many complaints against him that were "not his fault" but if they became too numerous he said he would just close his office and reopen in another state!!! Patrick Sutton is NOT respected among reputable lawyers in this industry. Stay away from him!

Patrick Sutton is very compassionate and understanding attorney. He quickly assess all legal issues to come up with a great resolution. Very caring of his clients and does everything with their best interest in mind.

Not sure what the folks before are all pissed about, because those reviews are bogus. I went to some loan modification company in Edina, MN and they wanted to charge me 3,500 to modify my mortgage. Said it would change my life. I knew it was a scam. I looked up Patrick and went to talk to him. Patrick reviewed my case, found my problem was a budget issue. Unfortuantely, I had to file bankruptcy to get out of debt, but I also got a loan mod! He saved my house!! I can't tell you how happy I am. When I called, he always responded in a couple days. Sure, it may not have been the same day, but I am not the center of the universe. I went to his office a couple times with no appointment, and guess what, he always had time to meet with me. I am recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you!!!!

Started a case with him and ended up with another attorney. Communication was not good. If I wanted to know status, I would have to call. Never called back after leaving messages, unless you yelled at him. Have results since using a different attorney.

Never returned phone calls. Always had an excuse for not getting answers. Would not recommend him at all. Obtained another attorney and very happy with results. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, ABSOLUTE CROOK.
