I hired Mr. Arledge to represent me in a blatant copyright infringement case on a contingency basis. He reneged on a pre-hire statement about it being a Client's decision to settle; accused me of not paying costs, even though I was not given a bill, and demanded future costs be paid in advance; and, worst of all, recommended I sign a settlement agreement I should not have signed. He seemed to want to minimize his time expenditure to maximize his hourly rate. I will not use him again.
