I was referred by another lawyer that was too busy to see me, I just needed some legal advice. He asked me a lot of questions that had nothing to do with my problem, (mostly about my bank accounts and assets)which were irrelevant to my problem. Then the advice he gave was very wrong, I have hired a lawyer and he asked nothing about my bank accounts and assets and pretty much told the other lawyer his clients have no case. I recommend you stay away from this man...He knows nothing and is only looking to take your money.

Mr. Misner offered to work for me Pro Bono I paid $1,000.00 for disbursements. Took all my files and computer to him. He canceled the Court Date, I had and did nothing, after that. I had gone to great expenses to provide my computer.I bought one to work on during the time he had mine. When I arrived with the Computer he requested, he had changed his mind and did not need it. After three months I received a letter, telling me that he cannot take care of my case any longer.I had to start from scratch, on my own.
