The worst lawyer I've ever had to represent me. Betsy ran up a substantial bill defending my case with a very weak defense that put me in a bad position and when I could nolonger afford her fees in the middle of my case she withdrew her representation which irrevocably damaged my case with a motion in place. You should beware of retaining this attorney.

Betsy helped me thru a difficult divorce with twins. After I fired my original Attorney, she stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. She always kept me informed of developments. Overall, she is an awesome Attorney and I will refer anyone in need to her. Thanks, Betsy.

Betsy is very unprofessional in and outside of court. She does not take domestic abuse seriously. If you are looking for someone to represent you who does not care about what is good for your children, only her wallet, she's the one for you!

Betsy Anding is not the family lawyer for you if you want your best interests represented. She lacks tenacity and lacks the ability to stand up for her clients in front of difficult mediators. She lacks knowledge of tax situations when children are involved. If you want an aggressive attorney, she is not it.
