This man neglected to have MD sign w.comp claim form, didn't object w/obvious badgering by defense when I was unable to recall a 7 yr old detail; was unpleasant w/family present and belittling and berating when solo or on phone. He dropped me by mail while in for another surgery when initial favorable verdict was reversed by Labor Board,w/o providing referral. He showed no compassion, was more advesarial than advocate, displays disdain for his client and was hostile/mean w/out provocation. Tears of frustration/pain mean nothing to this man. He never had time, always rushed any contact and interrupted nearly each word I tried to speak. I urge you to go elsewhere for your case, ignore his seemingly good reputation (outcome is only a part of the service you're paying for & he certainly offers nothing else, if even a good outcome). If you experienced him already, please turn your anger into action-report him to the State Bar Assoc. & WI Dept. of Regulation and Licensing in Madison. I am.
