MsSmith will makea recommendation w/o checking the facts. In a recent child custody case she refused to listen to professional opinions of mandated reporters , These mandated reporters include forensic phycologist, several pediatricians and hospital reports, as well as the child's therapist. Due to this injustice ,Ms. Smith has let achild back to a home where neglect/abuse continued and a youg toddler had been traumitized.Ms Smith knewthat the biodad had been in/out of mental hospitals and had a restaining order that was constantly violated. She had been appointed as minor's cousil and never tried to contact the mother, who had lost legal/physical custody due to Ms.Smith lack of intrest in the case.She had openly advocated for father, despite her knowledge of the case. Mother and herattorney were not contacted, breaking court order. MS. Smith had made known of her personal dislike of mother. Mthr has 2other children that are honor roll students&volunteers in community.PLEASE HEED THIS
