Agreed to John Serrano terms and amount. He proceeded with my case with lack of professionalism, lack of communication and lack of integrity. He used his experience not to help me, his client, rather to work for his wallet and to his advantage. He allowed three years to lapse, I never saw a courtroom nor was I prevey to any dealings, CMC hearings, conferences, etc. He ultimately closed my case and agreed to a settlement that I was opposed to. To date he still has my paper work and the settlement check. He completely mislead me and never stepped up to the plate for what I initially hired him for. It was a simple case of "Breach of Contract" that according to him in the beginning was "WINNABLE". The man is as dishonest as they come. The whole process was disappointing, I got an upclose and personal education on how the system does not work for the the little guy and how the courts which are designed for the people clearly do not protect you from the real predator, the "ATTORNEY".
