N. P If I could give 0 - I would. Only cares about money and dose nothing to help his clients. I was told that my divorce would take 6 months to 1 year. It took 4 years. My ex husbands attorney had to go to the judge to push it forward. After paying Swartz $7,000 + thousand he still charging over $7,000+ additional. Many of this charges was accumulated lessening to his trip stories to Europe and charge me for the pleasure lessening to hIm. Me and my ex husband never did battle in court. Many times I called and asked why nothing was moving and his assistant would say. I don’t now. I’ll set you up a conference to talk to Swartz. Another way to charge me. I beg and cried many times asking him to move along. I was ignored. He refused to withdraw from my case so that I could start collecting my benefits. I lost 15 months because of his inactions. I had to file petition with Shasta court house to have him removed. Do your selfs favor and stay far away from horrible nightmare attorney.

Russell Swartz was a tired-out, obese, condecending, and useless family law attorney. The only thing he is on the ball with is his billing. He was totally ineffective in court and he always wears food on either his shirt or his tie or both his shirt and tie. He blabbers on and on and on about either his grand-child or his trip to Europe. Then he forgets he told you his stories and tells them to you again the next time he sees you.
