Takes too long on cases, will not return calls, does not come thru with promises, very high costs too not accomplish the job, no one in office knows anything when asked. Request for charges to be filed and still waiting since April 2011....4 months. Presented all documents and facts and acts very promising and going to get moving then, nothing again, but another bill. $19,000 and only gotten (1) summer visit since 2008. Seems we've been led on and its just a money game...doesn't anyone care about the family being destroyed and still prolonging. So far in don't know where to turn now.
