I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with Ms. Earhart on some of the most contentious and challenging cases over the past 15 years. She served as a Guardian Ad Litem on these case where her balanced approach and caring for the children was demonstrated through pragmatic and thoughtful recommendations which creates opportunities for resolutions for broken & blended families. I have worked with many GALs who don't provide a quarter of service that Ms. Earhart does. Many Of my clients are struggling with alcoholism and have difficulty with recovery. She is supportive and encouraging but the children's safety and welfare are of paramount importance. Her ability to have the children trust and reveal their secrets speaks volumes for her not only as a person but a professional. Ms. Earhart is a credit to her profession.

Ms. Earhart recently represented me on several charges which resulted from my use of alcohol and prescription drugs that were not prescribed for me. She knew I had attempted to get sober many times before but she had faith in me. After I left Tucker, she located a residential treatment facility and got me in the DAY OF MY RELEASE from Tucker!! I was so excited. When I returned to Richmond, I was in touch with my counselors and attending AA meetings. When we went to court, Ms. Earhart placed me at ease. I was no longer immobilized by panic. She knows her way in the courtroom and is well versed in recovery due to her own personal experiences. I would highly recommend anyone facing issues involving mental health or substance abuse, contact Ms. Earhart. She works with you to find the best treatment which then will assist you when you go to court for a criminal charge or family court case--such as custody or visitation. Ms. Earhart is compassionate and knows her stuff!

Rhonda was a guardian ad litem in my case. I found her to be insightful to my children needs and truly desired their best interest. I did not agree with all the decisions but it came out fair and my children seemed to feel their concerns were heard. She was respectful to me and provided me with insight to their point of view. I appreciated her care and respect she gave to all concerned

Ms. Earhart has represented me in a child support case and a civil case. She performed beyond the call of duty and obtained a great result in both cases. She listens and seems to genuinely care about her clients. I would highly recommend her.
