Set up a attorney/client trust of $13000.00. Has not returned money now that I have fired him. Has spent money in MY trust for himself or other another case. Was supposed to settling an attorney fee dispute never heard from him until served court papers from a collection agency. I have sent three demand letters. Now he wants to pay back half and make payments on the remainder. Will file acomplaint with Calif State Bar and the State Attorney General's Office.
