I was referred to john foley by my attorney for mediation with my divorce and household items. John did not budge on any of my demands and instead insisted on giving into my ex wife's demands for a settlement. After 5 hours I turned down johns agreement and he was so mad that he threw his recorder across the table and pointed at me and said I owed him $250 for wasting his time. John was not impartial at all he was out for my ex wife and it was obvious. Through time I have heard a few woman say how they loved John because he gave them more then they asked for. John is a dwarf and it was brought to my attention after the incident that he has issues with men because he was picked on because of his size. John actually shut of his recorder when he entered the room and said "your a piece of**** I'm my eyes". I filed a complaint with the attorney grievance committee and a complaint was issued against him.

takes your money and does nothing with your case! this layer should lose his license!! please do not use him for anything..

John Foley charges multiple clients for the same hour. John Foley takes phone calls while he's working on other cases and then charges both parties full amount. He sues his own clients. Do not hire this man unless you like to lose your case because he does not represent your wishes, be overcharged for work not received, and lose your home as secured credit.
