Dennis Crawford just settled a case for me this week. My child was hit by a car and went through months of treatment. Dennis got our medical bills paid plus more compensation than I expected. He worked hard for this case and I am more than happy with the outcome. Glad I hired him instead of trying to deal with this myself.

I had a case settled with the help of Dennis Crawford ( a car accident I was in in 2006). The case was handled well and I was kept "in the loop" by Mr. Crawford. There was down time that we didn't communicate but there was nothing to communicate about until treatment was over. Once the doctor had released me from treatment, Mr Crawford worked with me to get the best settlement without having to drag out a time consuming trial that could have ended against me. I came out WAY ahead in this situation and if needed will use Crawfords services again. He took care of everything I needed him to with this case, I am more than satisfied with his service. I would and have referred any of my family or friends to him if they needed an attorney for an accident.

He has settled two cases for my wife over the last 5 to 6 years. He did a great job and got us fair settlements. Mr. Crawford was prompt in returning our phone calls & answer all of our questions.

He was rude, and never fought for me, at all. He always just wanted me to settle, no trial. He advised me to settle on the first offer, which I refused. He will not respond to me, once he got over $10,000. He has never made sure to get doctors paid, almost $5K, above the settlement. If I would have accepted his advise on settlement, I would have received only $2500.00 for 11 herniated discs. He NEVER made the insurance company treat my injury, and it took him 1 1/2 years to file my case. As I cannot get him to respond, he may have also kept the $5K, of medical expenses for an initial emergency treatments. I am still in pain and disabled from this injury, and my settlement equals just a little over $10/week. Almost 3 years later, still waiting for a response about where and receipts for Medical bills. I only ever had 2 appointments with him, and I spent more time on my case than he did. This is just the short of it. DO NOT USE THIS ATTY!

He sounded like he was fighting for the opposing insurance company- he kept telling me he didn't want to go to trial, that even tho it was the other person's fault that I was going to lose, he never kept me on the "up & up" with anything; his paralegals did all his correspondence with me (it's like he wanted to keep me as far away as possible; he PROMISED to reduce his 30% fee & then when the Drs were paid out of my settlement - he TOOK THE FULL 30% & told me "oh I only said that if it was going to turn out really bad" - for some reason he thought he deserved all that extra money & not me, the person who suffered!! Then I found out that I only owed a hospital $868 but because he didn't fight for me, he let them take $4000 -bills that had nothing to do with this accident!! He has yet to give me copies of my entire case OR documentation of time spent on my case or actual cost of things. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!
