Wish I used any other lawyer for my workers comp claim. Her staff sometimes helped me, she never did-no one will return a phone call or letter. our first meeting was in court, and when I tried to introduce myself, she actually pushed me aside and ignored my attempt to communicate. I was forced to settle for much less than my case was worth. When I signed with her, she had a partner Ferone- their partnership disolved and I went with her partner, should have stayed with him, he was actually helping, but her assistant led me to believe that all work being done was by her and they had me sign forms to bring my case back to her office- BIG MISTAKE. Never use this person. Her caseload is too large, they don't even know who their clients are, I'd call and would be asked 2-3 times if I was a client there! I can't say how awful my experience with Diane sparagna and her husband was. Never go to Sparagna & Sparagna.
