They were always available to answer all the questionswe had. I will go back again for future purchases and highly recommend their services.
3/4/24	1	1	1	1	1	I used the Peter Gwyn law firm when I sold my house in September 2020. On the possession date it was discovered there was an open permit on my house that was never closed by the builder. Peter suggested holding back 10k of my money in order to close the permit. I agreed to the temporary hold back, as I was worried the new owners would not to proceed with the sale. I told Peter I would close the permits myself. I was in touch with the Springfield township, however since I no longer owned the house I wasn’t permitted to proceed with this action. Only the new owners could close the permits. I tried numerous times to contact the new owners with letters and I also tried contacting them through their lawyer. They never responded. I asked Peter to send them an official letter from the law firm. He would email me on occasion with a, “sent several emails but no response”. After several months I told him they are not responding to any of my letters and I want my 10k. He said this was
