Attorney Benyo agreed to represent my boyfriend and took our money but never completed the work he was hired to do. I am in the process of pursuing a refund and filing a complaint with the PA Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Judiciary Board. I would avoid hiring this man at all costs.

I I've been using benyo for the better part of 10 yrs. he has always went to bat for me... would recommend him to for his tenacity and stand for my client dedication... will continue to use him forever if the need to arises... thanks Jerry your a stand up guy!

I got shafted because he failed to file req. paperwork in a timely manner. Continually strung me along to rack up the hours until I had enough and switched attorneys - and found out some of his "advice" was factually wrong! Apparently he's good with domestic violence cases though - from personal experiences.
