I was referred to Joshua Sternberg by a friend. I am a single mom and I had a house that was going into default and a large file of bills that needed to be paid. I didnt know anything about the market or selling a house. I called Josh and set up an appointment. He came to the house and as soon as he walked in I knew he was the man to help me. He listened to me, explained the process in simple terms, asked questions and gave me his cellphone # before I even gave him a dime. Josh is vibrant and professional. Even more than that, it is obvious that he takes pride in his work and authentically cares about the people he is helping. I am positive that I was high maintenance, but he answered every call and email in a timely fashion and advised me well. I knew I was in good hands with him. He sold my house with a profit to me as well as walking me through my bankruptcy. I highly recommend Joshua Sternberg and feel lucky to have found him.

Mr. Sternberg is an excellent attorney. I retained his services for a legal matter I had regarding both a Loan Modification as well as a 2nd Lien Settlement against a couple of uncooperative financial institutions. Within a matter of five months both cases were resolved. Mr. Sternberg and his team were able to exceed all of my expectations. I would comfortably recommend his services to anyone facing similar difficulties.

Mr. Joshua Sternberg is a very professional and knowledgeable Attorney. I went to see him back in late 2013, with a pressing matter involving or family home. He listened and understood my concerns and what I want the outcome to be. He was very instrumental in securing a re-modification with the very difficult Bank of America which in efforts of pursing this giant task on my own just the bank just gave me the run around. He also very candid and explained the worst case scenario and gave me guidance on how to prepare myself with very sound financial backup plan. My entire family is grateful to Joshua and he also treats you like family.

If you have a home that is in the foreclosure process or a bank that is giving you the runaround and the HOA is after you for unpaid dues and penalties, I highly recommend Mr. Sternberg. He helped me by arranging a short sale of my home and paying off the HOA at the same time with the sale of the home. He referred a great real estate agent who specialized in short sales and was able to get multiple offers in just two weeks, and the home was sold within 60 days, a record time. The HOA was paid off and so was the bank, saving my credit.

I've used a lot of lawyers in my career and Josh Sternberg stands heads and shoulders above all the rest in my book. He is obviously in high demand, yet I never felt neglected. He has surrounded himself with a top flight staff who kept all of my balls in the air during my entire bank foreclosure process. His fees were reasonable and he earned every penny of them and then some.
I trust him and would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Josh Sternberg was very rude and inconsiderate. I arrived on time for a 10:00 consultation appt. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Upon being told I was leaving he rushes out of his office to say he's ready to talk. Now that I see who he is I realize I saw him when he arrived and had watched him in his office from the lobby do nothing while I was waiting. There was no other client in his office nor was he on the phone. He said he was busy doing something else -what I'm not sure but hopefully it pays his bills. After telling him that I had to leave but would call to reschedule he said, "don't bother". What kind of professional person seeking business and referrals says that? I am so glad I WILL NOT be doing business with this rude and inconsiderate person. Perhaps he didn't feel my business was worth his time but my time is well worth this negative review.

Mr. Sternberg is inexperienced. He is involved in dirty shortsales of houses. He took $10,000 from me cash in exchange he guaranteed that I would be sold a house by the short sale lender and I wasn't. Mr. Sternberg didn't return the money to me. It is not fair that people like me must pay attorneys like him to buy houses. He wont return my phone calls.
