Self explanatory rating...poor communication,tenacity and very poor knowledge. She is very inexpensive though, so I guess u get what u pay for.

I for one think that Catherine is a very intellegent attorney. She helped me in a custody battle and was on point while handling this case. She made time for all my concerns and questions which I really value. If it weren't for her, I would be miserable with out my kids in my life. Thank you so much for your dedication.

This attorney is way below par! Catherine Schwartz is horrible at communication in ANY form! Her paralegal Shannon doesn't know what she's doing & when you call her out on it she'll claim you're being rude! Catherine hardly ever appears on your behalf & the "gentlemen" she has appear for you won't show up for hours, so be prepare to be there all day. Catherine is a recovering alcoholic & still acts as if she's an addict with the way she carries herself & her office. I know of several people who have used her & all have the same complaints. I have left several reviews & Catherine always has them removed! As you can see she only has 5 reviews & all of them are positive? Lol she is a horrible attorney & person, BEWARE! She can contact yelp to have my reviews removed but couldn't call me back for weeks as a client?!

I was opposing counsel on a case with Ms. Schwartz. She is a worthy opponent. Not only does Catherine care about her clients, she is tenacious. Ms. Schwartz never gives up on her clients and is not afraid to litigate in court. If you need an aggressive attorney, Catherine is a great choice!

Please do not waste your time with this woman or anyone else at her law firm. We came to Catherine for a custody battle, when we first met she was very sweet and told us what we wanted to hear, but after we paid her our 2000 dollar retainer, we never heard from her. The rare occasions her paralegal called us, it was always something bad. After 3 weeks of dancing around with them, they still had not filed our papers so we asked for our retained back. Miss Catherine HUNG UP on my husband when he said we wanted to go somewhere else. When we arranged a time to come pick up our retainer, Catherine had her male partner Jeremy come out and act like a tough guy to my husband. They took a thousand dollars from us just to read our statements. They were an utter WASTE of time and extremely unprofessional. I implore you, find someone else. She also spoke with my husband about past clients, offering confidential information. AWFUL!

This attorney threw me under the bus. I hired her and she told me she doesn't charge for phone calls, emails, etc. Soon I was receiving bills for emails and phone calls that didn't even happen on the day she wrote. I was left with a $1200 bill and she wrote that I could have until the first of the next month to pay. But 15 days before the first, she wanted me to sign a release form. I was ready to pay her but signed the document to go it on my own. I feel she didn't do much for me anyway.

I am very happy with the work her office did on my case. She recently had a change of staff and the results have been amazing. I got everything I asked for in my divorce and I couldn't be happier. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

Ms. Schwartz initially told me that I could pay her $ 200.00 a month after the initial $ 5000.00 deposit, I paid between $600 and $800 a month, she called me into the office one day and out of the blue told me she wants me to sign a release form to relieve her of her duties to me. I refused, she said she would not give me my papers if I did not. When I signed the release she gave me a box of papers that included others clients confidential information which I still have. My personal papers were in total disarray, which is causing me great difficulty to reconstruct documents , some of which are missing. This may cause me to lose my case in family court. She says she is a Women's advocate, don't believe it, she is a money advocate and that is all. Do not hire this attorney for anything.
