Do not waste your money! Terrible attorney. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this attorney while seeking assistance with a prenuptial agreement. Throughout the process, I felt discriminated against and disrespected. The attorney's conduct crossed the line of professionalism, as they displayed a blatant lack of empathy and understanding. Their unprofessional behavior left me feeling undervalued and invalidated. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking legal counsel for sensitive and personal matters.

I was a petitioner on a case where Samira represented the respondent. English is her second language so she constantly had to resend the legal paperwork because she makes spelling and grammatical errors. She even spelled the respondents name incorrectly on one of the most important forms. I would strongly recommend you do not consider her to represent you on your legal matters. However if you want someone to send your ex-spouse multiple threatening emails, physically approach, assault and harass them in person at the hearing then Samira is your perfect defender. She is unprofessional, morally corrupt and unethical and she has made my life a complete nightmare for almost a year now.

Being out of the area was real difficult in having to deal with my legal issues. Ms. Amato is very tech savvy and made the processs so easy. Not to mention she handled our complex property division with ease and great outcome. She was VERY reasonable with her rates.

I walked out of my hearing today with zero alimony obligation, after a 30+ years of marriage. I guess that says it all. I could not be happier. thanks.

I've used Samira Amato for my legal issues a few times. First was for my business dispute with my partner and second was my dissolution/nullity action. I was very happy each time.

She is quick to cash your retainer then she and her secretary disappers. She is awful and only wants your money. Past clients that hired her posted their bills on Yelp- and of course they were so ridiculous that she had them taken down. She is a liar, does not work on your case- the billings statements she and her secretary send out are a joke. Changing $300.00 to send an email. She is a poor poor excuse for a lawyer.

Cannot keep track of billing, Cancelled services and wont respond to refund remaining retianer. 3 months since billing error on there part and still no solution. Receptionist is horrible,Attorney would all she said " how is visitation going" ... I dont know what they think besides trying to make you pay more and more and making the case longer. Waste of time I will stongly not recommend.

Samira was personable and helpful when I dealt with her face-to-face. The problem was that she often took many days to respond to my emails and phone calls. Sometimes she just did not respond at all. I switched attorneys and my new attorney experienced the exact same problem when trying to contact Samira to obtain copies of my case files.
