I had the distinct pleasure of retaining Lalit Kalra as my divorce lawyer from late 2019- early 2021. Though many would never put the words "divorce" and "pleasure" in the same sentence, having Mr. Kalra represent me made this possible. The 5-star ratings don't lie! He was up-front, honest, matter-of-fact, and most importantly, helpful. He was so amazing at educating me at how the legal process works, arming me with the best info on every option so that I could make the most informed decisions, and provided the best guidance so that I could inevitably, win. I obviously hope to never get divorced again but I wouldn't hesitate to go with someone as intelligent, professional, honest, and caring as Lalit! Furthermore, I want to note that I mentioned he's matter-of-fact because he will tell it to you straight. He taught me to push my emotions aside and understand how the law actually works. I take this opportunity to thank God, to have enlightened me to choose such a dignified and honorable representation in the law "Lalit Kalra", who always based on the truth, argued with real evidence not fabricated or falsified,in a case that seemed impossible that I had lost faith and hope to recover my child. I was charged with fabricated criminal charges,and a person in this situation is very difficult to be given custody of the child. If you are looking for a lawyer who will forcefully advocate for you and not be afraid to proceed to court, then Lalit is someone I will recommend. I hired Mr. Kalra after I was charged by the police for an alleged assault on my ex. The allegations were completely fabricated and utterly bizarre. Mr. Kalra during our consultation laid out a realistic game plan for me along with a time frame and fees breakdown. I trusted him and he delivered and surpassed my expectations. He attended court on my behalf and negotiated with the crown. The final result was my charge was completely withdrawn! A criminal record would have had a devastating affect on my career. I can't appreciate Mr. Kalra enough for getting me out of this situation and his utmost professionalism.

I was charged with failing to remain at the scene after accidentally hitting a car in a parking lot.I had just dislocated my shoulder prior and although I know I shouldn't have been driving, I tried to drive myself home. I called Lalit and he immediately began collecting the necessary documents from me so he could build a case. He directed me in all my communications with the involved parties and explained to me in detail my options and a time line. He tried to settle the case prior to going to court to no avail but at my first court date he spoke to the prosecutor and was able to get the charge reduced and I walked away with only a fine and community service hours. No trial. I'm so thankful to have gotten this charge dropped as it was a serious charge which could have effected me in so many ways. Thanks Lalit for doing such a good job! Do not hesitate to call him. He will get you the best possible result!

I had some serious case on me and i was so afraid, I had no one in canada who could help me out with the case But he finished the case without any records on me and did understand me as this was the first time i was involved in legal case!! After not having the best experiense with my previous lawyer I hired Mr Kalra and he was very good. He tried to negotiate with my ex but no success and we had to go to court. This lawyer really puts on a show in court!! I was impresed that he did not back down from the other lawyers objections or judges questions. I was charged with assault and I was innocent! LK from start told me how long it gona take to resolve and go to trial. Thankfully he avoided trial because he got charges withdrawn by talking to crown in cpl of months!
