One of the best law help you can find in the GTA. Harval is truly a sharp lawyer who knows minute details and is present both mentally and physically when needed. He knows his stuff and guides you well on all aspects of the case and keeps his client updated at all times. He fights for you and can surely save you from whatever lies the other party has cooked up. Witnessed him in practice and became a fan for sure. If you have been in a situation God forbid, give Harval a call right from the beginning. There are so many legalities right from the start that you should always have some one like him watching your back. I was wronged and lied against by the opposing party and I consulted so many but he was the one to give me confidence that don't worry. This was what I needed at the time. I was charged with a DUI and was referred to Harval by a friend. Harval is an outstanding lawyer, he is always positive, reassuring and greatly knowledgeable and professional. I had a DUI case and the lawyer I Initially went with never showed up to court and was very Negative with her responses, Stating that she doubted we would win the case. I got Harvals’ number from my cousin, and my cousin raved about what a good lawyer Harval was and that he had won him a DUI case earlier that year. I met with Harval and he had a refreshing confidence about him that made me feel good about the case for the first time ever. He was very resourceful and punctual and I am very thankful I met him. I was recommended Harval by a friend that is also a very successful lawyer. He is truly one of the best at what he does. I was charged with a DUI last year and felt like my life was over. I had never been in trouble of any kind, so the whole legal process was quite intimidating. From the very beginning, Harval was knowledgeable, upfront and honest about everything. He never tried to sell himself on me or give me false promises, just his promise to do his best. Leading up to the trial he would check up and ask if I had any questions or concerns. He was absolutely amazing in the courtroom and ended up winning the case for me – which I thought was HIGHLY unlikely. Having a criminal record would really put a burden on me and my career as I am young and just starting out in finance. Looks like fake views. Never wants to do a trial, just tried to force me to plead guilty. Didn't work. Fired his ass and got a real lawyer. Had a trial and won. Bassi is not a fighter. Does not want to ruffle feathers. Plus, he is dresses like a slob in court.

I hired Harval for an Over 80, Imparied Operation and Stunt Driving Charge. From the first time I spoke with him it was nothing but professional and straight up. He told me how dumb I was for my actions, told me the consequences and most importantly assured me he’s going to fight hard for my case. He surely did that in court! He’s the real life Harvey Spector in my eyes. From all the people I seen greet him in the halls of the court I knew I had the right Lawyer. I hired Harval for an Impaired and Over 80 case. During the process of retaining a lawyer, I had met and spoken to over a dozen of them and from the very first time I spoke with Harval, he made me feel at ease and was very compassionate and HUMAN! He took the time to explain the process - the good, bad and the ugly and I still remember him saying, "I will not promise you anything, but can tell you that I will fight for it with everythingI have". Now for some, it might sound like something that every lawyer says to get your business, but Harval never once shied away from telling me as is. Throughout the waiting period for the trial, Harval checked in to see how I was holding up and was always very responsive any time I reached out to him for a question. When I asked a friends on advice and who to call. He told me Harval Bassi and said it confidently and I would do the same if you ask me. I'll start off by saying He did an amazing job and got both charges dropped. His confidence, approach, knowledge of the specific details of the case and more importantly the fact that you can tell he really cares about your case. Before trial I had already thought he did a great job in the preparation and approach. During trial I always felt he had control of everything. He has handled a couple criminal matters, large and small, for me and has done so with a professional touch that is without peer. I met harval 5 years ago through a mutual friend. From the first time we spoke, I knew Harval was the right counsel to retain. I had a few charges that I was facing in court at the time such as flight from police, dangerous driving, aggravated assault, obstructing, and breaches. After pointing out the vast discrepancies in the witness statements and preliminary hearing evidence, the assault charges were dropped 7 days before a 2 week jury trial. I actually felt like he cared and took his time to return my many questions. I know most of the questions were elementary to a lawyer but he took his time to explain the answers and made me feel comfortable through the entire process of a drinking and driving charge.
