I was criminally charged with refusal to provide breath sample. Irwin was able to construct a solid defense that undermined the Crown's evidence. After an intense 2-day trial, due to Irwin's approach and knowledge of the specific law I was found not guilty. Irwin is probably the best DUI lawyer in Toronto and GTA. I was in a pickle with very high DUI readings that would of resulted in Judge to throw the books at me. However, upon retaining Irwin, I was able get this matter resolved with a court fine and a victim surcharge.
