Truly Cares DEEPLY about each and every individual client he has. He has a HUGE family at home in regards to a wife and kids; is a great father even though he is always busy with his clients in more than several cities; he always makes sure to make time for them. and when on VACAY, he makes sure his cell is off and spends every moment awake with them that's possible. I am a personal client of Mr. McCarthy; My name is LESLIE-LEANNE BYRNE. I haven't been in trouble for about 6 or so years now; and I can say I have -on more than one occasion - watched him cry HARD because he was not able to get me out on that day b.c. i'd be beging hi, since i struggle with addiction. I can personally say also i've had friends watch him get me out of court/able to "walk from the box;" and ask me: "how the EFF did he do that? can I have his number?!" Honest and Hard-Working; hand's down, he is the best lawyer in town! *****(5/5 stars)

He cares about his clients we'll being, knows their rights and fights for them in court. He is very easy to talk to and keeps the lines of communication open. I would recommend him to anyone.
