Run don't walk from this lawyer, very expensive and doesn't follow through. Encourages client everything will be great and then doesn't follow up. Our experience we couldn't have done worse if we had no lawyer. She was out lawyered by the lawyer for the other side and actually was taken in by the other side. Her client was thrown under the bus. Wouldn't even provide the final papers told client to print them off the clients email. Just a horrible experience and very costly for absolutely nothing in return. Much money spent and client left to fend for herself and to try and bring closure to the case on her own.

Hired lawyer back in April of 2012 for an Elderly case. Nothing has been accomplished, poor communication, funds dwindling fast. Has refused to take case to court, or even research specifics that would entitle client of 81 yrs old a piece of mind. All we ask is for encouragement and funds for her to survive her final years in happiness, and to have her belongings returned to her after a 44 yr. marriage. What happened to the law of MT (50/50) split and inherited items belonging to the owner. Who tells an 81 yr old woman that it isn't important or worth going after or tries to bye her out for far less than what she has earned or put into a marriage over 44yrs. This is her entire life. The petitioner is in contempt-we need HELP!! Someone, please help us, my Mother is going to loose her apartment now because of negligence and lack of heart for fare justice.
