I called to book a meeting with Jennifer as a friend recommended her. The receptionist ignored my request and wanted to book me with someone else. Not what I asked for so, thanked her and moved on to the next lawyer.

Right after my accident, ICBC flat out called me a liar. The first lawyer I met with basically said the same thing. Jennifer actually listed to me and believed in me. She didn't back down until she made ICBC believe me too.

Jennifer was very responsive and answered all my questions in a way I actually understood. I find the other reviews difficult to believe based on my experience. I got way more than I expected and Jennifer walked me through the whole thing. I would definitely recommend her, she treats you like family, not just a client.

So disappointed with the experience I had dealing with Jennifer. She seemed disinterested whenever we met. Like we were a bother to her. Slow to respond to us when we called and slow to process and request reports. I could not recommend her to anyone. Sometimes I even wondered if she knew what she was doing. I thought about changing law firms a few time. I wish I had done more research before hiring her. I asked around after I hired her and lets just say the feed back I received was similar to the experience I had at the end of te day. Hire someone else.

Maybe it's the paralegals who work for her but she gets dates mixed up, she forgets to ask for certain reports and gets ones she doesn't need, and it just increases the time she spends on the file and that means her bill is higher than it could be.
