I tried to call this Attorney about a letter he wrote and he was caught off guard and he was fudging facts as he went along. It was clear he was flying blind. He raised he voice in frustration demonstrating lack of control and ignorance. He still hasn't returned my call regarding a time sensitive situation... let's see its been 5 business days. Buyer beware. He is a piece of work.

Mr. Aex is one of the most honest attorney's I have ever met with, and believe me, I've consulted with a few here in San Diego. He has honesty, integrity and doesn't just "tell you what you want to here," he tells it like it is. I respected that right off the bat. And the best part, he has over 35+ years experience and charges hundreds under what the other attorney's of his stature charge, and doesn't charge you for every copy he makes or every phone call he makes. Another bonus is that he offers a free consultation, so you get a consultation for free before you even have to pay any money!!! Before settling with any family law attorney in San Diego, consult with Mr. Aex first.

HONESTLY ~ I don't know what I would have done had it not been for Mr. Aex and his amazing staff. I consulted with several attorneys and Mr. Aex was the only one that made me feel like a human being with feelings and not JUST ANOTHER case. The opposing attorney was mean and nasty and Mr. Aex put him in his place! I would recommend him in a heartbeat! I'm not sure what the other people below are talking about because Mr. Aex was above the board on EVERYTHING and was very profession.

I love this attorney. He has done 2 divorces for me and several child custody cases and modifications. He has also done a restraining order case for me as well. I won every case I had with him and his rates are very reasonable. He has a lot of knowledge and experience and knows the laws in and out. I really appreciated all of his help.

His office is a disaster! He will lie and make the opposing party look bad even when they are not. He also lies and fabricats events. Seems to have no morals whatsoever. He even helped my ex husband steal my tax return money. I caught them and they gave it back. Shady!!!!

This guy is completely unprofessional. I was referred to him by another lawyer regarding a Prenup. First off, the man's office is a mess. Nothing looks a tad organized. All the "advice" he gave me was wrong, after I double checked his claims. His receptionist gave me a good price for his advice, but when we were done talking, he wanted to charge me 4 times what the receptionist said. When I brought this to his attention, he started getting loud and unprofessional. This guy is a sham and I feel sorry for anyone walking into his pig stye of an office.

I used this attorney for a family law case. This was a mistake. he did not return my calls and the only time he called me was to ask for money. I finally switched attorneys and I am glad that I did.
