Worse than useless and completely incompetent. Over charged us, made numerous mistakes and lost our case.

This guy is beyond incompetent. The man can not even make correction after he makes mistakes to documents. Then he has the audacity to charge you to correct mistakes he made. He never returns emails or phone calls and tends to go MIA for weeks on end. As someone else said RUN LIKE HELL away from this guy.

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM MR. FELKER AS POSSIBLE. He is the most incompetent lawyer ever. He has no respect for the legal process and is in my opinion nothing but a joke.

Mr. Felker knows the law when it comes to estate law and wills. Not all lawyers know the law. I found that out the hard way.

Mr. Felker did not deal with issues in a timely manner. He should have been more forceful with the other lawyer, and offered some possibilites to get a quicker resolution. I would not hire him again and feel I overpaid for what little service he provided. He was basically a go between me and the other lawyer, but didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself. In fact, he often made mistakes in letters he drafted and when I corrected him, he charged me for responding to that e-mail and made me proof the corrected letter (only to be charged again). What a joke!
