Mr. Salmonsen was employed to handle guardianship for my sister's children after she died. From the start, Mr. Salmonsen was inefficient and non-responsive. It seemed that he was unable or unwilling to execute even the simplest of tasks.He never returned my calls, so I called frequently to attempt to get information on my case. It got so bad that I filed a complaint with the State Bar against him. Because he would not keep me apprised of the progress of my case, the court had the impression that I was non-compliant and REVOKED the guardianship. I was forced to go to court to get the guardianship reinstated. Thank goodness that after explaining my position, the attorney for the children actively assisted me in reinstating the guardianship. It is now on record that I was cooperative and compliant and that Mr. Salmonsen was quite the opposite. He made this case into an absolutely horrible and damaging experience when it didn't have to be.
