I found over internet and he impressed me first visit with a free consultation only to show his real face afterwards. I am totally victimized by Scott J Sagaria when I had had him as my family law attorney. He cheated me by (i) cancelling all my appintment, (ii) some time he cancelled when i'm on my way to meet him, (iii) never paid a bill for his time on my case instead made me pay heply amont wihtout any explanation. When took my case away from him he showed me a bill (as fake as one can imagine). Made sure to contine the case by stucking a deal with other party without my knowledge even when the case in on my favor. I'd say be very careful and avoid SCOTT JA Sagaria. He finds his prey and easy target by bloggin in internet. Any one search will see him first and all of those is his posting about hisself.

Yes, I saw them in action in court about a year ago and the judge had to send them out because they did not prepare the basic docs as required. This is law 101 stuff and they blew it. Avoid them.

AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COST!Sagaria Law as a whole has proven to be rather incompetent in the advice they have given thus far as well as being very, very unresponsive to even being able to fully explain and vet out their advice. The attornies there spouts out various legal theories and potential strategy but never follow through with all the “ins and outs” or “pros and cons”. The attorney’s do not take calls after 5pm and do not share any sense of urgency even when things take a turn for the worst. Many times, they are off on vacation or off to the baseball game. No joke. They are there to TAKE YOUR RETAINER. They promise the world and sugar coat the value and ease of litigating your case then NEVER CALL YOU BACK until you get aggressive. STAY AWAY.

Scott seemed ok when I first met with him but then I hardly ever saw him again. Some other lawyer appeared in court and did a terrible job. I would not recommend this firm!
