We were unsure of what to do. Our prior attorney had lost custody of my girl. We hired Mr. Stoker at the advice of a friend who worked at court. He immediately got back into court. Got our kids back, at an emergency hearing. At trial I heard the other attorney tell my grandparent that no one can beat Ira at trial and it was best to just settle the case. They gave up and accepted a limited visitation order. If you want to win hire this guy. Arrogant but brilliant.

Can never get a call back, you have to check the web to see when your court dates are because his office doesn't notify you, he is condescending and NEVER prepared when we walk into court. Going on 2 1/2 years now just to enforce a court order already made but he continues every time we go to court. I have paid $7000 to date and still just trying to get a previous court order enforced. Frustrating and ridiculous!

The only good visit with ira and his office worker was initial visit. I suppose they pretended to be caring and professional to get my retainer. After that it was a horrible experience. Very unprofessional. His secretary doesn't even have courtesy to return a phone call. I had better visitation schedule with my kids before hiring a lawyer. Multiple days wasted in court because he was to busy. Do no recommend to any one

Ira Stoker is a horrible lawyer. I would recommend to not choose him. I went to court for a simple custody case. I met with Ira only 5 days before my case(which they had already known about in previous time). He didn't listen to a single word I said. Also, he did not prepared the response to the order in time. He severed my baby's father his papers in court and put my repsonse on the judges desk. Later, during the child support case, a judge said, "Ira Stocker, the judge did not recive this in time." Not to mention, he was late and didn't even remember who I was. His phone was ringing and the judge said, "Please take that as a second reminder to turn off your phones. He came into court very unprepared. He didn't know anything about my case. He told me I don't need to do anything but show up to court, then he got mad at me after he loss the case telling me I was supposed say and do things he never informed me of. Also, paper work is never finished. You can never get them to do anything!

My ex filed an emergency order, and was allowed to take my kids to another state. I hired Mr. Stoker. He went back to court and had the court order my ex give my kids back to me. When my ex refused, he had the DA track him down, and return my kids to me. Hiring this man was the best decision I ever made.

He jut finished a DUI case for me. This guy destroyed the cops on the stand and got me acquitted. He saved my job. Hire him!!!

Mr. Stoker took over my case after my first attorney dropped me. He got back into court and got my daughter back for me. I can not thank him enough.
