He is part of the "fraternity'" of corrupt lawyers. He has been caught in lies, does not submit evidence, and does not speak up for his litigants in a trial setting. Basically he is a coward. If you are a parent and Dennis Smeal is appointed to you.....RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! See google: Dennis smeal in high heels....I'm not the only parent with this experience with him. He should be disbarred!
